Switchboard Retrofit and Upgrade
Our partner facilities in Singapore, Indonesia & Myanmar are manufacturers of switchboards for local retrofit and upgrade.
They are panel buildings and system integrators of electrical power delivery products, and have the capability in design and manufacture of LV switchgear, generator controls, various motor controls (starters, VFD’s, soft starters etc) and various automation and control panels.
Maintenance and Facility Management Services
As a multi-disciplinary engineering company, our capabilities include providing comprehensive M&E operations and maintenance services in all segments. From adhoc to scheduled preventative maintenance services, repair works, annual shutdown or full facilities management services, we have the resources, competencies and experience to help clients achieve operational efficiency as well as cost effectiveness in energy and sustainability initiatives.
We are able to perform maintenance for equipment used in hazardous environments, including enclosures of galvanised steel, stainless steel, AI/SS die-cast (Exd), and fiberglass construction.
A&A and Fit-out
Our teams have worked on a vast range of A&A and fit-out projects over the years. We understand the complexities and challenges faced when the building status remains live as the construction takes place.
