Singapore National Parks – Biodiversity Study

About the operation

For the first time Singapore National Parks will be conducting its bio-diversity study of the island State’s coastal waters using ROVs instead of divers.

With the ability to hover above key bottom features and are record high resolution imagery; it is hoped to collate significant scientific and marine biological evidence on species and the impact of global warming. This year long study will provide Singapore with much needed evidence to support its environmental policies.
